While getting our Harley ready for a trip out west , I ordered a universal wiring harness and a really cool chrome hidden hitch for my Heritage softail. I got a call from Dale. He noticed on my order that I ordered a Harley hitch,but not a plug and play harness for a Harley. Thanks to Dale, he promptly caught my mistake and contacted me, changed the order and though I got it wrong, Dale got it exactly right. Thanks Dale.
