Shipping/Returns

Ordered items to be drop-shipped directly from a manufacturer are processed within one business day and usually shipped by the manufacturer within one to two business days following. Shipping rates are quoted from UPS but we may also use FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. This is because we do not control the shipping methods that each manufacturer chooses to use.

If An Order is Date Sensitive
E-mail for an expected ship date prior to your order. PLEASE! This is especially true during the height of the riding season from April 1 to September 30.

Return Policy
Unopened, as-new merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the value of the merchandise. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

Opened products may be returned for partial credit within 30 days, depending on the condition and saleability of the product. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

While we have yet to have a trailer returned because it did not meet a customer's expectations, we do offer a limited return policy. If you find that the trailer you ordered does not suit your requirements in a material regard, you may return the trailer, at your expense, for a refund equal to the current market value of a titled trailer of similar age and condition.

Opened hitches are subject to a 20% restocking fee if re-chroming is required due to scratches incurred during installation.

Warranty Service
For trailers and campers: Warranty services vary by manufacturer. If your trailer requires service within the warranty period, please contact us for assistance. We may refer you to the manufacturer or an authorized local repair facility, depending on the manufacturer's policy.
